Intelius, a Bellevue, Washington-based provider of employment screening services, people searches, and background checks, has gained another distinction for its efficient and reliable employment screening technology. The firm continues to come up with the most innovative employment screening tools and technologies to meet the demands of its clientele.
HRO Today magazine, one of the leading publications in the HR industry, named Intelius Screening Solutions as one of the “Best Outsourced Employment Screening Solution Providers.” In its yearly evaluation of employment screening providers, HRO takes into account overall customer satisfaction, applicant tracking system integration and candidate selection. Naveen Jain’s company came out second best.
The rankings were based upon an anonymous customer satisfaction survey completed by the customers of the candidate employment screening providers. Criteria involved in the ratings include timeliness, data accuracy and compliance with set standards. The survey also indicated that the customers preferred companies with technological innovations such as technology allowing integration with other HR applications.
HRO Today highlights innovation and trends in the employment industry, particularly HR outsourcing, services, and operations. It has a readership of more than 70,000 HR leaders and executives.
Firm executive Todd Owens, also General Manager of Intellius Screening Solutions, credits this recent distinction a result of the department’s focus and understanding of the needs of its clientele - small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are faced with significant decisions regarding human resources and operations. He adds that being recognized by HRO today is a source of pride, considering the extreme competitiveness in the employment screening industry.
